Two tenants will be allowed in a one-bedroom apartment only if tenants have a prior affiliation. Three or more tenants will be permitted in a two-bedroom apartment only if tenants have a prior affiliation.
A security deposit of $400.00 per tenant is required; security deposit cannot be applied to rent.
The term of the school year lease is September 7th to May 17th. Additionally, rooms can be rented at the Brentwood during the Summer months for $500 per room per month.
Telephone, Heat, and Electric are not included; upon acceptance you will be given information to have an account activated with the proper utility company.
Rent for the Fall semester is due by August 15th and December 15 for the Spring semester, a late fee of 5% of the balance due will be added thereafter. Outstanding balances after 30 days will cause eviction of tenant and the legal collection from tenant and/or guarantor. No exceptions will be made.
Financial Aid is not accepted, it is recommended that a loan be obtained, with financial aid funds to be used as collateral.
