Residential Assistant  - RA

The job of an RA is to help make the transition into apartment living a little easier. Each year The Brentwood hires mature, qualified college students to be RA’s.  These student members of The Brentwood staff work in the interest of the tenants.

The RA’s are responsible for the enforcement of The Brentwood rules and policy guidelines to ensure that the health, safety, and rights of ever tenant is maintained.

RA’s act as a peer advisor regarding any concerns at The Brentwood and report to, and are supervised by, the owner of The Brentwood.

Qualifications For Becoming and RA:

• 18 years of age or older
• Full-time student at FLCC
• Have good listening skills and the ability to communicate well with others
• Have patience
