Since 1983 The Brentwood has provided a safe, clean and monitored environment for Finger Lakes Community College students.  Unlike a dormitory or hotel setting, The Brentwood provides full efficiency apartments, providing each tenant with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. In its history, the Brentwood has had an excellent, long-standing relationship with Finger Lakes Community College.
